I am located in Vernon Texas. I will ship my kittens but prefer when possible you either pick up the kitten you purchase at my cattery or if needed I can make arrangements to meet you halfway depending up- on the distance.

I don't require an application, but do want to interview you prior to our agreement as I want to answer any questions you may have and give you information about the Maine Coon breed.

I do require a $150 dollar deposit upon making a selection of the kitten you want, to reserve that particular kitten for you. The $150 dollar deposit is non-refundable but is included toward to final purchase price of the kitten, the Purchase price must be paid in full upon receipt of the kitten, and the total price will include the required state sales tax.

If you cannot pick up your kitten or if you cannot meet me halfway, shipping costs ARE NOT included in the total price of the kitten and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The total cost of kitten must be paid in full on or before the time of pickup or shipment of the kitten.

The Seller represents and warrants that (1) the kitten has been examined by a veterinarian, and vaccinated; (2) the kitten will be dewormed and vaccinated; (3) to the best of the Seller's knowledge the kitten is free of any genetic health defects.

The kitten must be spayed or neutered before CFA registration papers will be sent to the Buyer. In order for the Buyer to receive registration papers on their kitten, the Buyer must send copies of the kitten being neutered or spayed by a veterinarian.

I do not sell kittens with breeding rights, but I do sell kittens for family pets only.

Each kitten will be sent to their new home with approximately one quart of kitten food, a cat toy, and a shot record.
